It's expensive for the warranty, but let me tell you if your product does break they will help you out!

I rely on the Geek Squad to take care of my "special electronics" because I don't have the tools to do it as well as they do. I always prefer an expert over a novice with valuable equipment.

Haven't had to use the product replacement for the netgear product it was bought for but i have used it in the past for other things. The process is always easy to use and everyone is usually nice.

Well I am not a computer geek, and that sums it up! Haven’t had to use this but I have definitely had lots of questions answered by the geek squad ! It’s like having an insurance plan for electronics

This was worth its money when my modem died after 10 months. Walked in and simple process of getting a new modem off the shelf and swapping it out.

I have found that the replacement warranty through Best Buy has been worth every penny. Had a WiFi router that went out, took it in and they replaced it on the spot. Well worth the money
