    Always get geek squad with big purchases. Only had an issue with them with my laptop that was never fixed. Haven’t had to use them for other items

    talked to geeksquad in person to request replacement of defective modem, they said just bring it in to return and will get refund. Tried to talk to reps over the phone, and took hours to not even get a correct answer. Glad they where able to accept the return without a problem

    Instead of leasing from Comcast, bought a modem and the warranty so if there is an issue in the next four years it's an immediate exchange to a new one!
