Geek Squad blew my socks off with their amazing service I purchased an item that went bad 3 months after my 2 year Geek Squad warranty expired, and I was tentative but still gave them a call and I spoke to the most amazing agent on the phone that was able to make things happen for me and replaced the item to a slightly more expensive model being that the previous model I had is no longer available and only charged me the difference. I was blown away by this amazing service that I ended up purchasing 4 years warranty on the new product and will continually get Geek Squad protection on all my important gizmo moving forward. Thank you Geek Squad, especially the agent that helped me, you are a star, you ROCK!!!

Been buying routers since 1999, had all the big names Linksys, NetGear Asus etc. i will tell you this router is the best range, signal down to app. I’ve had and tested in this housr and hands down TP link is by far the best. Ps TP Link has a customer for life

I always get the Geek Squad Product Replacement plans. They are a good, well priced, protection for pretty much any electronic product purchased from Best Buy. I've been using their replacement plans for years and it is an easy and effective way to protect purchases that could have an issue down the road. Any time that I've had an issue, it is easy to take the product back to Best Buy and get a replacement.

Always worth it on electronics - at the very least, buy the one year and if you need it, it's worth it 10x over. If you don't, it's still worth not having to worry about your electronics.

I'm always "on the fence" about these add-on service/warranty programs. 2 1/2 years ago, i bought a router/wi-fi nest product from BB, and added it on since it was not too expensive...MAN, AM I GLAD I DID! When my nest system failed, all i did was gathered it up, took it to the store, and exchanged for a new unit-even let me step up one level on my hardware! Ill never buy anything without this valuable protection again!

Used this service to replace my Mesh routers. Can’t say enough of how easy Best Buy made the service to use. It took less than five minutes to process my return. Well worth the investment.

The new WiFi setup was super easy to do. We have everything hardwired through the mesh system and the whole house is connected wirelessly or wired and it has been very steady.

Not had to use yet. Hoping I don’t I have to. If something happens I will definitely be using it. Due to have to have my equipment for work.

I haven't had to use them since the product hasn't had any issues but I can sleep easy knowing that if something does happen its not going to cost me near as much to get fixed/resolved.

Geek Squad has always been reliable in my experience with them. I guess I have been lucky as we were able to benefit from our plan. So I make sure I get one for my high valued purchases.
