Do yourself a favor and buy this, my wife listens to anyone other than myself anyways, and I am not always able to fix problems she encounters. This helps ensure domestic tranquility.

For 50 dollars, Best Buy will swap it out, Not fix it, For 2 full years, Even if the printer does not break, T he piece of mind is money well spent.

I love Best Buy.. They are always courteous, knowledgeable and never pushy. The Best prices too. I don't even bother shopping at any other store.

Had problems with it, Best Buy refunded my money no question ask. I buy the plan 2, 4 or 5 plan on higher price items. worth the money.
