I have got this plan for a few of my purchases and when something goes wrong with them I take it back to the store and they either reimburse me or exchange the item. It's a good plan.

I have utilized the Greek Squad multiple times in past couple of years and the two year support is a great idea. There are some very nice benefits included - such as transferring pictures/data from one computer to another.

When my HP desktop died and could not be fixed, I bought another HP desktop and was helped getting it online and showing all the files I need. I don't know what I would do without the Geek Squad.

Had it, but didn’t even need to use it! I gave it 5 stars, but I guess I honestly don’t know if it was good since I didn’t use it.

My geek squad renewal is a must. They have saved me the cost of a brand new desk computer when the motherboard was fried from a lightening storm. It's worth the money.

The Warranty from Best Buy is well worth it. If they cant fix your device they will simply let you exchange it for the same one or similar with no hassle. A lot better than paying full price for the device once again.

I purchased this replacement warranty package with the printer I bought. I have Total Tech with Best Buy but it doesn’t cover printers. Well worth it for the price

I bought this geek squad coverage but didn’t need to use it for the computer. I have used geek squad in the past for other products and was always happy with the results.

Geek squad is always there when we need them for all of our products. They helped with our printers and and our televisions.

The best technology insurance you will buy in any store...simply the best... just go to the store and they will replace the item or give you credit for another item..s

I think this cost me about $17 for a 4 year replacement on an HP printer that was $99 and doesn't seem to be very high quality so I expect to have to use this

bought the 2 year warranty plan for $10 and with 3 month of having the item, a gaming mouse, it started to fall apart....I took it back to best buy showed them my warranty and was out the door in 5 minutes with no hassels and a new mouse!

I've had to use the best buy warranty replacement option a few times over the years. I highly recommend it based on ease of use. Just take broken item to customer service. easy as that!

always good to go the extra mile and protect yourself with a warrant. you never know when something is going to happen, but it just gives you piece of mind knowing you are covered.
