    I have had tremendous success with replacement warranties from the Geek Squad. Always a roll of the dice so I tend to go longer or not at all.

    No matter what the problem is when Geek Squad comes out they always find a way to fix it. I have been with them for years and continue to buy at Best Buy. My Geek Squad Guy is Carlos Neives

    I've replaced so many devices thru geek squad! I try to only purchase most things thru best buy just because the protection is amazing

    I buy all my electronics and appliances form BEST BUY because of the offer and ease of use of the GEEK SQUAD warranty. Easy to use and no questions asked if you have to use.

    Product replacement programs with Best Buy are always helpful, I have used them in the past with digital cameras, etc. This was another unit that I thought the product replacement program would be helpful if needed down the road!

    I will have to bring my laptop into the store to have the Geek Squad look at way my CD rom door will not open on the outside or internally. Has been that way from the day we bought it.
