I would recommend getting this. My printer stopped working after a year. Best Buy replaced it with a new one with no problems.

The young man, Garrett, diagnosed the printer quickly and replaced it with another printer as per the product replacement agreement.

I never had to use the service but it's nice to know that you're covered if anything happens to whatever you invest your money in.

SIGNED UP FOR A MEMBERSHIP TO HELP ME WITH MY SCANNING ISSUE WITH MY NEW HP PRINTER. THE GUY DID EVERYTHING I HAD ALREADY DONE AND I TOLD HIM THAT I NEEDED TO SCAN FROM MY HP APP. AFTER SITTING THERE FOR AN HOUR HE SAID OH YOU WILL NEED TO CONTACT HP. HE LOADED A SCAN OPTION ON MY COMPUTER WHICH I HAD BEFORE IT WORKED ONE TIME AND NOW WHEN I TRIED TWO DAYS LATER THAT DOESN'T WORK EITHER. I FEEL RIPPED OFF AND MY ISSUE WAS NEVER FIXED. NOW I CAN'T SCAN AND HAVE TO CALL HP IN THE END. I'D REALLY LIKE MY MONEY BACK AS THIS WAS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.

geek squad is amazing really enjoy the comfortability of knowing if my product breaks I have geek squad to take care of it.

I had not been a fan of the Geek Squad in the past but my friends sy it is worth it and they have never had a issue when bringing in a uni for service or replacement.

This protection plan is great. I've gotten it for other products and if a problem arises, Best Buy makes sure they'll get it fixed or give you a new one.

Best Buy has some of the best warranties in the industry! Can't go wrong spending a little more for the piece of mind and not having to deal with the manufacturer.

as far as i know best buy will replace anything threw there warranty. with item they have in stock or will order it for you
