although i tend to not buy any extended or additional warranty, i did in this case as this secondary printer would not be supported by my company's it department. As i would like the printer quickly fixed/replaced in the event it broke down, i added the product replacement plan.

Who would not buy this protection plan for a printer. Printers seem to go out all the time and why would you not pay $9.99 for a two year replacement plan.

Had to have a replacement and it was no problem. It was a lot easier than I expected. Was definitely buy this again.

For $20, it's a steal because being able to return the product for full price across two years is great, especially if you're clumsy and break things easily.

Play it safe and get warranty for graphics cards, any computer hardware and monitors!

Not 100 percent sure on the product replacement plan because I have not had to use it but nice knowing your covered.

Excellent product, easy to setup not too heavy and good picture quality.

My husband does not always agree with an extended warranty, but I have been grateful that I have indeed purchased them.

So far have not had to use it, but the last time I used one was on my vacuum cleaner and no questions asked got myself a new unit. worth the money.

If you purchase electronics you need the 2-Year Geek Squad Product Replacement extended warranty from Geek Squad.

I had a mouse that broke previously with no warranty. It definitely helps knowing that the warranty is there just in case anything does happen; almost like insurance.

I have had to use the Geek Squad often and they have been able and willing to help in every situation. I strongly recommend paying the fee to get their assistance.

I tried to use it to exchange headphones so I could get a different kind but because I didn't have one little connectir piece or the instruction booklet I couldn't do it. It was kind of annoying at first but then they let me swap out the main portion which was what was broken

I recently purchased a new front loading washer and a new refrigerator. Due to the replacement cost of these applicances I decided to get the replacement polices. Have not had to use them yet (a good thing). But I think that the cost of the replacement policies were reasonable.

The agents helped me find a new product fast and got me out of the store happier than I came in. 10/10
