I love the geek squad replacement plans for all gadgets I buy. I've never had an issue getting my items replaced if they wear out before they're supposed to.

I usually do not buy extended warranty, but the service from Best Buy and the Geek Squad over the years, PLUS as minimal price for this made it seem worthwhile.

Would not feel so secure if i did not add protection to my daughters new headphones. Something happens well they can be replaced thanks to Bestbuy.

The added protection is nice to have just incase there are any issues. Gives me a sense of relief a piece of mind.

I'm pleased that I have not required use of the GEEK Squad Replacement Program. However, the fact that I had to pay very, very little for this and have insurance on the printer I purchased is extremely satisfying. I hope I never have to use it, but it's there if and when I need it.

I will never not get the protection plans as they are very valuable and worth the money to pay for them .

It is a great product. I should have gotten the Geek Squad to come through and set it up for my wife. I was set back by some of the things "I had to do." (Set up, passwords and other need to do's)

This is good to have and the price is reasonable. It is better than the one year warranty it comes with. Best Buy goes above and beyond. Thanks!
