I rarely by warranties, but this felt like a good investment. I have not had to use it, but knowing I have it for a pricey purchase makes perfect sense.

You call in let them know the issue, do some troubleshooting over the phone. If that did not fix the problem bring it in and exchange for a new one!

Always good to get insurance. I got a printer not knowing it wasn't working till 34 days after having it and was able to exchange it with out penalties.

A headset I purchased stopped working and people couldn't hear me. I brought it in and the customer service rep exchanged it for a new one. I was also able to get the protection on the new headset.

Good for the money but the real test will be when I have an issue with it. To make a better protection plan, best buy should offer at least a one year extention as the 2 year plan is up.

Surely you've had the experience of your ink jet printer drying up while you were away. This had to happen to us twice before we figured out that there had to be a better way. And there is a better way - buy an inexpensive replacement guaranty from Best Buy and let them worry about the hassles of making it work again.

Buying the replacement is very worth it when it comes to peripherals like mouses and headphones, make sure you get it because you use those devices everyday and they break and wear out!

Geek Squad repaired my dell computer and suggest we get another brand computer dell doesn't seem to be dependable. lenovo seem to fit better for bookkeeping .

I have used the Geek Squad for years, and every experience has been positive. I recommend them, even for products not bought at Best Buy (gasp!)

The people are always very nice and helpful I always purchase coverage on all electronics from BesyBuy since I have a teenager you never know what can happen

I would recommend this to everyone. I am not computer literate and they are a great help. Money you invest in the Geek Squad, you would not regret.
