I haven't had to use the service. I don't usually get these types of warranties, but for this device, it seemed like a smart move.

Decent price point for the anticipated coverage. Also having access to tech support and possible in person assistance is a plus.

I get these replacement plans for just about everything! They are great and so worth the money. If it breaks, best buy will replace the product. I highly recommend.
