Nice to have this just in case. Good to know you can take it to them and they will do their best to fix it - if not it will be replaced.

Great customer service, My printer wasn’t working right. I brought it back after 2 weeks, I originally bought it on sale $80 off, when I came back to exchange it, it was $130 off and they gave me the difference back. As well as kept the 4 year warranty.

I have only had to use the tech support service twice so far and both times, I received prompt, professional assistance.

I almost always buy the warranties. With so many products being made outside of the US, they break more often in my experience. So the 4-Year Geek Squad Product Replacement is worth the peace of mind. The Geek squd is good about repairing of replacing defective products. Their service is efficient, professional and punctual.

I’ve never had a toner printer so I don’t know all that could go wrong. I got this warranty just in case. I’ve asked for help in the past and they were very helpful and I didn’t have warranty or anything.

I purchase Geek Squad on most of my purchases from Best Buy. There are a few times I was glad I did. I needed it. Best Buy is true to their word on honoring Geek Squad. I've had to get replacements on some items I purchased, and Best Buy Geek Squad had me covered with no additional out-of-pocket payments required.

[Employee of bestbuy] I've always had good results with my GSP. Only seem to use 15-25% of the time, but when I need something repaired or replaced they stand behind them. (per terms) NOTE that calling in for claim can take some time on the phone however, to get claim set up and resolution.

The customer service rep Dani at the Lancaster, PA store was extremely helpful. I had a warranty on my old printer and was able to get new for no charge. She helped me through all the steps I needed to take. I did purchase a warranty for the new printer.

Good thing to have on those expensive purchases as we all know they will go kaput just as the warranty is up.
