I purchased the extra years Geek Squad service, It is very good service. I like it very much

So far its been a excellent T V the price was fair the picture is clear I would consider this for a welcome gift

Like having warrantys since sometimes things to die.......................

although i tend to not buy any extended or additional warranty, i did in this case as this secondary printer would not be supported by my company's it department. As i would like the printer quickly fixed/replaced in the event it broke down, i added the product replacement plan.

had my last printer for several years & just wasn't up to standard any more... This one meets my needs without issue...

Great protection. The best that money can buy. I almost always get the geek squad protection. Its come in handy plenty of times

Had to use this on a computer when the panel broke on the screen. It was sent out and came back within 2 weeks better then ever.

I have used Geek Squad many times. If I don’t have time or don’t want to do it...they are always an option.

I had not been a fan of the Geek Squad in the past but my friends sy it is worth it and they have never had a issue when bringing in a uni for service or replacement.

These guys were great at Tuscaloosa store. No hassle and very professional. Great group of people that knew their stuff.

Best Buy has some of the best warranties in the industry! Can't go wrong spending a little more for the piece of mind and not having to deal with the manufacturer.

Must have protection. Computer already getting repaired. No problems yet except it take a long time to get it back.

Haven’t had to use this insurance yet but nice to know it’s there as printers can malfunction and usually have problems that are beyond servicing by users.

Always get this protection for your expensive electronics. This is the only hassle free protection plan I have ever experienced that a store offers.
