I would never buy another printer without this 4 year warrantee/Geek Squad replacement. Any time I've ever had any question or concern, Best Buy has been supportive! They set up my laptop in no time at all, replaced my printer with no questions asked. Very helpful.

Product replacement is security. I hope I never have to use it, but peace of mind is great to have.

For the price for a four year replacement option plus any questions and help needed along the way on the printer I bought then based on prior printer feel it was an easy decision as I’ve yet to have a printer last four years without issues and replacing it.

I was so appreciative of the service when I had to return my printer. It was covered under the warranty and covered under the extended warranty that I purchased and everybody was great start to finish gave me a new printer and off I went.

This plan is very well price for the product i purchased and i have used geek squad in the past and they do honor there warrenty.

Great to have in case of accidents… if you’re worried about broken TVs or computers or whatever you buy… make sure to have this safety net!

Purchased this for my 12 year old sons Chromebook and am pleased to admit I've never had to use service. I do have friends that have and they've raved about the fast service and very knowledgeable staff. I think this is worth the value for those just-in-case moments. My 2 year plan actually expires in next 30 days, so I'd also highly recommend an Chromebook purchase. Great peace of mind knowing Squad is available. With prices of today's technology and gadgets, better safe than sorry :-) I'd definitely recommend adding to purchases. Plus you don't have to keep up with paperwork, Best Buy tracks for you within their system.

What can you say about the Geek Squad. I have never had an issue that they didn't fix or replace. There are 2 main reasons that I buy everything at Best Buy! First is the Geek Squad. They stand behind everything and I can't tell you how many times I have used them. Second is the lowest price guarantee. So, I figure out what I want, look it up on the internet to find the lowest price, and then go buy it at Best Buy so that I can get the Geek Squad protection. Due to the amount of times I have needed it, I get the protection on everything I buy. Well, if something is less than $50, I don't worry about it, but for anything else, I don't understand why someone wouldn't get it. They surpass the warranties of any other store I have tried. I would recommend Geek Squad for any purchase of value!!!

This all-in-printer is compact. I must admit that it is heavier than I thought it would be. Will use for light print jobs. Have not used yet.
