    The agent spent 5 hours with me and couldn't get the printer attached to my laptop. I felt bad for him since he tried really hard. The printer will be going back to Best Buy.

    We purchased this with a keyboard mouse combo that we really want to protect, not expensive and we can bring it in to swap out if anything goes wrong
