So far so good. Have not had to use the Geek service yet on item bought. But it was explained well for the 4 year price coverage I recieved. And it gives me security in case the printer breaks down.

Listen. Things are not manufactured to last anymore, so Geek Swaud product replacement is a must.

Why would you not add the protection plan!!!!! I’ve had so many products replaced for free because of these protection plans!!

The printer is one the best for hard home use, it prints really fast. The remote UI configuration is really cool, its only hard to configure since there is not too much documentation to configure the address book and be able to get the emails out. have use this printer for 1Y without any issues.

I had this once for a vacuum. I had to use it one and now I get it for any high value item.

I have not used this service yet, but I have in the past with other electronics and the service is quick and precise.

I purchased the Geek Squad protection after getting infected from a scam on my PC. They resolved the problems and helped me to reinstall programs removed. They installed the Trend security on my pc, tablet and laptop. They were always helpful and patient and resolved every problem over the phone and when I brought my devices into the store. A special thanks to Drew Cimino for reinstalling my favorite program I use to print my photography projects that I was unable to find! So thankful! Great work Drew! Best Buy really is the best!

Sure as Shootin' fish in a barrel, the optional coverage is a worthwhile protection of your hard-working capital expended on this low-to mid-range All-In-One printing solution, with a low purchase price and other excellent terms.

I was hesitant to buy it because I’ve dealt with other stores replacement plans and they didn’t really work for me. With Best Buy’s Geek squad replacement plan though it was super simple and easy. I bought a pair of headphones about two years ago, and was offered the replacement plan, and bought it. I figured, “eh I’ll try it out”. The headphones went out on one side before my plan expired and all I had to do was walk in with the item and show my email receipt and they had me out with a replacement within 3 minutes. 100% would recommend and will buy on most items.
