They didn't tell me when my scanner began to malfunction that Epson will help fix it. They told me I could either replace it (and void the warranty) or wait two months for it to be repaired. I would've chosen that option if I didn't have to do so much paperwork. I don't think they knew about Epson thing but as professionals I think they should know more about these things. I would've chosen not to void my warranty (and buy another one). Obviously, purchase it but check all your options before believing what they say.

I can't complain or really comment on how this one really is yet. Hopefully I don't have to use it, but cheap insurance is how I look at it.

I made the mistake of not purchasing coverage before and paid for it in the long run. The Geek Squad coverage is amazing and hassle free

Purchased for my daughter’s college laptop/printer we bought. So far haven’t had to use.

I will reconmend it to purchase this warranty for just 2 years if somenting happen you will have a new one or another of equal value.

Good insurance for printers since inkjets toner dry out quickly then have to purchase a new printer.

It's great that Best Buy has this service available bc with young kids using electronics anything can happen and the price is great!

I believe in Best Buy warranties. They have been the easiest warranties to work with on any product requiring replacement
