I appreciate the Geek Squad knowledge and patience as i am not very good at solving computer issues.

I often buy the product plan if the device I'm warranting oohs costly poor of the product plan cost is so cheap its a new brainer. I like the peace of mind knowing that best buy will help me if I have problems with my technology.

They didn't tell me when my scanner began to malfunction that Epson will help fix it. They told me I could either replace it (and void the warranty) or wait two months for it to be repaired. I would've chosen that option if I didn't have to do so much paperwork. I don't think they knew about Epson thing but as professionals I think they should know more about these things. I would've chosen not to void my warranty (and buy another one). Obviously, purchase it but check all your options before believing what they say.

This is a good replacement plan on a lot of items....wish I could remember what I got this on. :P
