    My previous Zagg case failed mechanically in less than 18 months due to what can only be considered normal useage and normal wear and tear. Hopefully, this device warranty extension will keep me from having to buy a new smart case in less than 2 years (complete keyboard to screen hinge connection failure in less than 2 years due to only normal open / close action).

    Was not able to use for car receivers and speaker installations.. was told that they would be extending membership additional 3 months to adjust for the time that I wasn’t able to use. Had to have someplace else to install receiver and speakers at additional cost of 275.00
