Absolutely a joke, worthless
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased a HP printer with Geek squad, I was unable to set the printer to the brand new HP Laptop, that I bought from worst buys. Geek rep said it was only if the product was broken. It wouldn't sync with the tablet, I would think that would be considered broken. Totally worthless. Will not purchase anything from this company again.

Barely used microwave, little over two months old caught fire and no one will assist. Multiple names documented and no one knows what to do with an appliance that catches fire.
