Would not purchase something without having an extended warranty. I have found electronics does not last long and expensive to repair/replace, so the warranty will save you money in the long run.

In the past, Best Buy’s Geek Squad has helped me in many ways. They repaired a computer for me when I was ready to discard it because I believed it was not serviceable and they also helped me resolve my problems with an old printer. They are very smart and product knowledgeable.

The Geek Squad gave me directions on how to get my wireless printer set up and connected. They were very patient with me as I attempted to find "my other left."

ALWAYS PURCHASE THE GEEK SQUARD PROTECTION PLAN GUYS! My wife has talked me into a couple of times and I have never regret it even if I don't use it. The peace of mind is unparalleled to OEM warrantees especially when the product replacement plan is available.

If anything happens Best Buy will cover the product either by replacement or repair,. Priced charged is at least top 2 in the market. Products are good anyway without protection so protection only reinforced my reliance on the purchase knowing I'm protected

Printer is fast! I can be anywhere and print from my phone, due to Wi-Fi! The USB port is a convenient option to keep things organized without the need to use a computer! Awesome!

The product replacement is an absolute must have for all parents who buy gaming or electronic products! I've had to use it several times to replace headphones, gaming remotes, etc. I feel absolutely relieved that when something stops working that I can bring it back with no problems, and not pay full price for another one.

Purchased this more as a “just in case” as it was given as a gift. The printer it’s replacing (GE) lasted all of 8 months and I didn’t get the warranty for that. Big mistake.

My my 5 year old iPad Air 2 needed a new battery. Geek Squad sent it in to Apple for replacement. I ended up receiving a brand new iPad of the same model. I restored the data and everything works great. Very satisfied.

They work! And when they cant fix it you can get a new one. Chat service and phone service suck but once I got through, it went well. Also The guys in the store said I should have just come and seen them. A lot faster in the store than in on the phone.

I like the protection plan the fact they replace the whole products say a lot some protection plans don’t even do that

Luckily I have not had to use it but it's always smart to have protection on your electronic devices because something will always go wrong.

I haven't needed to use this yet, but geek squad has been helpful in the past.

I usually do the repairs myself if its a computer but like many printers some can be a bit temperamental an when it being used for a small business, its best not to have to worry about replacing it if something goes wrong, geek squad customer service will help making the replacement/repair process as painless as possible.

Haven't had to use it yet, but it will hopefully be easy to use this service if/when I need to.

I never purchase technology devices, including a printer, without a Geek Squad maintenance agreement which includes product replacement. It means there is always assistance when needed and if a replacement is needed, it is a quick and simple process.

I’ve had to call in the middle of the night (several times) regarding my computers. Geek Squad has come through every time. Wait times are pretty accurate (shorter, never longer than what they say. They will even call you when everything is done.

Easy setup easy to use shows fingerprints. Alltogether a great product.
