Good investment if you protected item fails. Have not had any issues with the extended protection plan.

When I bought my Zagg Rugged keyboard for my iPad I purchased the Geek Squad 2-year replacement policy since I had problems with Zagg hinge in the past. Sure enough, after about 18 months my hinge was very loose. Took it into Best Buy and with no questions they replaced it with a new one.

Plan gives peace of mind although I have not had to use it yet. I've read issues about not being able to get appointments, so we'll have to wait and see how that goes if I ever have to cross that bridge.

You replaced my product immediately. I just brought in into the store and 300 dollar pair of headphones and you replaced them immediately and gave me a extended warranty

I have used Best Buy warranties time and time again and they are one of the best around that I've dealt with they never have any problems with me anytime I have any problem with the product and they automatically replace it for me I always recommend getting the warranty from Best Buy

I have purchased the 4 year Geek Squad protection and have not had the opportunity to use it yet. But based on past experience, I would never buy anything without this protection. They do come through when it is needed.

I just used this on my Logitech G900 Chaos Spectrum Gaming Mouse. A purchase of $150, $170 with the Protection Plan. Instead of spending a total of $300 on two mouses, I spent $170 and got a defective mouse replaced. It's insurance, complain about it when you don't use it, and rave about it when you do.

Geek Squad is the best. I like the convenience of making an appointment instead of trying to be the first one in line.

Putting coverage on my purchases is the best way to protect my investments. If anything goes wrong or if something is just not working, I will always be covered.
