    This e reader is the best also it is efficient in battery life so i takes a long time to go to zero.

    I purchased this by accident but after a set of computer speakers stopped working after 3 weeks it definitely paid for itself. I would recommend on expensive everyday items that get heavy use.

    I opted for a 2 year product replacement for my smart tv, based on my prior experiences with Geek Squad. So far I have had no trouble, but I know I can depend on Geek Squad if a problem should arise.

    Protection plan is a must have! Have used many times for many of my past purchases. Be aware that once you’ve used the plan to replace a broken or defective product, the plan is fulfilled and you must (if you wish to protect the new item) repurchase with the replacement product. Not a fan of that at all but such is life....

    2-Year Geek Squad Product Replacement

    I recommend it!! I bought it for an HP multi printer I had for almost one year then it started having issues. I brought the HP printer to Best Buy and I picked out the same one in a new box and has been working fine. The Warranty was worth it.

    The geek squad has been able to answer all my questions. They have been able to straighten out all my issues with my equipment as well. Having them stand behind the products they sell sets my mind at ease.

    I had a number in mind that I would be willing to pay for the peace of mind and convenience that product replacement protection offers. The plan pricing was exactly that, so I feel like I got a good deal, even if I never have to use this protection.

    I try to buy all of my electronic though Best Buy because of this plan. Employees are always so nice and helpful. I will never buy another company's replacement plan because I have already found the best!!

    Cannot go wrong with having this option, protection and service. It's necessary if you've got equipment that might need help at some point. If you're not a tekkie, it's worth it

    Purchased a new 65 in Sony tv and I had Geek Squad install it they did a great job also showed me how to use it and hooked up my surround system.

    Protection plan not what it used to be

    Bestbuy charges for a protection plan depending on the cost of the item purchased. They used to take the manufacturers warranty and if the item was defective in to account before applying the protection plan. So they would only use the protection plan in extreme cases. They don't do this anymore. If anything happens to your product you only have 15 days to return it. After that they apply the protection plan to any issues with the product and if you want to keep the protection plan after the issue you have to repurchase it. I had a HP printer fail from a manufacturers defect after 6 weeks of use. I took it back and told them I need to get another printer. They took it back with little question but also used up my $50.00 protection plan in the process. I asked them why are you using my protection plan on a defective item? They said if I don't want to use up my protection plan then I would have to deal with HP directly. In addition they would only offer store credit and refused to give me a refund. I understand that a company has to make a profit to stay in business but there is something just not right about how they are handling this now. Essential if you want the option and privilege of returning an item no matter the circumstances you need to buy a protection plan.
