I've gotten the Best buy warranty so many times I'm just farming points of this point, do you want to see how I truly feel about these look at my other reviews I couldn't recommend it more

At this time I've never had to use the at all so I can't give anything but an excellent review..I'm hoping that throughout the four years of protection I won't have a.need for them.

Associate was very helpful. And listened to my concerns of what I was looking for and the price range!!

Anything that you can purchase protection for, you should. This product costs 100$, and if something goes wrong, cannot easily be fixed. So spend 20$ now, and be able to replace it for free, for at least two years, which is more than its warranty can say.

Geek squad made my day easy. Called for support of system failures and they were able to help me real quick. I recommend the Greek Squad subscription for the excellent assistance and addressing issues.

Whenever I have had an issue with an item covered under the protection plan it is always repaired or replaced. I have never had any problem with Best Buy honoring the Geek Squad Protection Plan. The only downside is sometimes having to wait in line to be helped

I always like to get these warranties on items as piece of mind.

my replacement for printer was handled so quickly I was surprised. The printer was evaluated by nice young man, Garrett, who was very knowledgeable. He could see the problems I had been having with the printer.

Not sure how I'd rate this as I haven't returned the product yet, but generally my experiences with Best Buy are quite pleasant. I'll edit the review if any changes develop, but I do suggest purchasing the product replacement to family and friends.

I've seen the GEEK SQUAD stand by their promise. Nothing feels better than buying new electronics; what spices that splendid feeling is knowing that if its not functioning its easily replaced. No hassle, no questions, no problems with replacing it.

Knowing that my desk jet is covered for if any problems go wrong with it is a relief just because things always happen to me and I have to pay a lot more to get it fixed. This way it can get looked at and fixed with little amounts than a lot at one time.

I love Bestbuy's 2yr GS protection for controller. I play fifa a lot. My left joystick becomes wobbly/unresponsive within a year. With this replacement placement I can get it replaced in store.

Bought this to go along with a recent printer purchase. It was an all-in-one inkjet office printer, and this paper works with it beautifully. It's a bit heavier than your standard grade printer paper, but not as heavy as cardstock. A nice professional grade paper!

I love the Geek squad warranty because it is so easy. If you have a problem with your item simily give them your phone number and they will track your purchase and take care of you very quickly!

I have purchased contract extensions in the past and have received one or two replacements because of the contract. One time I missed the deadline by less than one week. Being a good customer, I hoped the company would have helped me out with replacement via contract. It's up to the individual to buy a contract, if your printer will be idle for an extended period of time, I would say get the contract.
