I don't feel that the Geek Squad protection is worth it. I was ignored for about 10 minutes standing in line. Then, when I asked my questions and told them my concerns with my laptop that was under warranty, the tech was dismissive and told me that they would have to send my laptop away for weeks to see if there was a problem. It is being used daily for my college classes, so that unfortunately was not an option that I could do. Haven't talked to them again. Not interested if I can't be treated with common courtesy and customer service.

I am glad on the purchase of this item, because we never know what may accidently happen.

Purchased in self defense, previous model died within months of warranty expiration.

Good Printer but some time it's keep saying paper type not correct.

Geek squad service is great. Extra insurance on items is not worth it. Just doesn’t make sense to pay more than 10% of the cost for insurance when the item should work for normal amount of time regardless. Not forever but reasonable time and use.

This will definitely come on in handy if something happens to my electronic .

If you call them it takes some time to get results. You have to be precise about what you want.

Geek Squad got our desktop up and running quickly with no subsequent problems.

Havent had to use Geek Squad. And hopefully won't have to for a while...

Not sure how good it is as I haven't used it but peace of mind is good
