Seems crazy to have purchase the same product each time I have to change printers due to failure of the printer and I only had the printer each time for less than 2 months

did not get a replacement. read the fine print. probably a good deal if you chart it out l.

This the gift keeps giving and provide comfort in having the product. Especially when u have children

I called when the TV broke, Geek squad sent a 3rd party contractor out to take a look. About a week later I received notice that they will be replacing the unit.

I haven't used this one yet, but my past experiences have been difficult. That's pretty standard for these types of plans.

I called up geek squad after buying the geek squad product replacement service stating that my printer is not working. Guy is asking another 99 dollars to look at it. Why would you buy this support :4-Year Geek Squad Product Replacement for nothing? I would not buy any thing from best buy geek squad again.

The paper tray sticks, does not move smooth at all. The ink program is a total rip off, after the "free" ink promotion, the ink is outrageous priced, and to continue to buy it is too pricey, can't even buy it thru any big box stores, have to go thru them, so too me it has been a big ripe off. huge waste of money on a printer.

They don't make products to last like they used too. So with the cost it is always best to add a little protection.

I bought a service plan for my new printer. A year later and they won't help me unless I pay them more money. What a scam! I won't be buying anything from Best Buy again and I definitely won't be paying for Geek Squat again!

We had an HP printer for 13 months and had numerous issues. The printer regularly would not print. Had to unplug & replug it in to reboot before it would print again. this was happening too frequently. Our Total Tech guy thought there was an internal hardware issue so it was returned for a full credit.

Call the manufacturer within the first year. They won’t tell you this because all they care about is money.

I purchased it. After my enjoyment of having a "white glove" delivery for my Xfinity chair still sitting in my living room in the box, I can't guarantee anything from them anymore, have o idea as to what happened to them. But I'm thinking the BX might be a safer place to do business.

Hopefully we never need to use this protection, but you never know!

Anyone want to buy a new printer???? After owning five or more HP printers and being really happy with all of them, I bought this printer on 02/02/24 and have already made FIVE calls to HP support! One of the biggest frustrations came about when I tried to print a single check from Quicken. Previous HP printers printed them with no problem. With this printer, I have to change the settings every time. Also, when printer envelopes for greeting cards, it takes a detective to determine the settings for the printer.

The printer is a bit slow. It’s suppose to be wireless but it’s not compatible with all routers. On balance I would not purchase it again.

What is the status of my laptop I gave to you on Friday?

The wording is really dishonest. It says that you will be reimbursed if they don't have the product in stock, but what they don't say is that it is only store credit. It is still a good deal but there was no need to be purposely deceptive.

I don't have a chance to use, I hope that when I need it, it works well

It's a warranty. Hopefully I don't need to use it but if I have to I'm glad it's there.
