JUNK! Screen is barely useful, adds 0 value to the printer. Constant issues with jamming, not printing, and just...NOT STAYING ON. Scan function is pointless if I need to initiate it FROM MY COMPUTER and can only scan TO MY COMPUTER. Literally the worst printer I have ever bought. It's being returned TODAY.

Geek squad came out to fix my dishwasher that is still not operating properly. When taking my dishwasher out from the counter they broke my cabinet frame. Watch them when they come to work in your house some of the technicians could care less. I was not home at the time and had someone at home for me. Never again

Didn’t get the job accomplished. It’s so disappointing! I paid top dollar and the system does not work!

poor printing, lacks quality and performance, very slow

Garbage, It won't even print anymore. It says it is on the network but their hp smart says it isn't. I have been very cautious of buying anything from best buy anymore.

Waste of time and money. My new printer has never printed and they won't replace it even though I bought this warranty.

Hardly have the need to use it! The only thing that maybe will use if needed is the one-year warranty. They should add the 4 year replacement after the warranty expires.

Pretty annoying. My juicer stopped working and Best Buy said I had to call the actual juicer company and talk with them about warranty bc the geek squad would start covering it AFTER the manufacture warranty ended.

After almost a month, and several promises, still don't have the Sony TV purchased before Thanksgiving, and still no response from Dejan or Geek Squad partners.

There is always a reason why they can’t repair your product

They steal your money, they never can help, will always found excuses to fix things and honors their warranty.

The print quality is horrible. You can see lines and the colors do not match what you want to print.

I did not want this service but somehow it was slipped by me without my knowledge!!

No better than it ever was but it is not a surprise due to the customer service of Best Buy overall!

There is no geek squad service in southern Erie county.

I bought a Geek Squad extended review for my Epson ET 2800 printer as I do for all of my purchases from Best Buy. I feel I am purchasing peace of mind. Returns are very easy and for thier bulkier items they provide prompt in home services. the extended review service makes me a regular Best Buy customer.
