Nice printer but difficult to set up; kept asking for password, to connect 1245678, and wouldn't discover router. Said couldn't find it; had to go manual, then everything started working! Bad auto internet wifi connect script? Seems to work ok now! Can't find paper out shelf, to hold paper and not on floor? Got a scanner, wasn't expecting that.

Highly Recommend!!! This is a great printer. Very space friendly, but don't let the size of this printer fool you. It's very well made, easy to set up, and the quality of the prints are awesome!!

The geek squad is awesome! I like that i can go to them and they check out the problem and if they can't fix it they give me what i paid for the item to get a other one.

If you, as in my case, buy a product that cannot be repaired, and don’t know this before you buy it, there doesn’t seem to be much point in getting geeks for protection. The contract is voided if you return the product for replacement. So I lost 15 months protection.

So far I am liking this All in One Canon laser printer. I got it on sale, the setup was easy and I am having no issues printing my pages.

Consumer Reports gave it high marks and went with this one. So far, so good. Who needs color?

Geek squad warrant is a great choice, especially for children and butter finger people like me. lol

It took me about 15-20 attempts and 2 phone calls to Brother service to finally connect to my wifi network. Much more difficult than adding surveillance cameras, iphones, ipads, and garage door opener to my network. I was about ready to return it.

Let me start by saying I’m a fairly tech savvy person usually not needing much help if at all. HP Office jet printer was purchased and upon installation it was having problems downloading its software off the internet . After repeated attempts and use of HP Website for over an hour I called the Best Buy helpline and the first thing that was said to me because I have to pay $39.95 if I want to speak to anybody. I responded I just purchased a printer, the printer is not working properly and you want to charge me to fix the problem of a product you sold - REALLY! Finally after some getting help from a person at Apple I was able to get the HP printer to download its own software off the Internet. So GeekSquad who sells me the printer can’t help unless they get money; and a computer vendor who has no stake in this figures out the HP problem (was not computer hardware or software issue) and solution for free. Someone needs a lesson in customer service.

This printer is honestly a piece of junk. It looks great, and if you plan to only print in black, scan and fax then maybe this is the printer for you. If you plan to print in color, good luck as the quality is horrid. It also turns out through phone calls and several replacements that these printers are really just scrap parts thrown together with warranty's that are outdated so they don't have to replace once you have been sent one. So onto the color, solid orange is multiple different shades with new cartridges, red is the same and black is grey. If your going to spend this amount of money, just spend the extra and get yourself a laser and save yourself the headache of messing with HP. Not really sure how this has so many high reviews but seriously please stay away from this printer. I have had a total of three now, and going on my fourth due to color quality issues. I wish they would just refund my money so I could buy a better printer as I am really sick of having to deal with this every 3 months. I have asked Best Buy to step in since I bought it from them and was within my return period but they declined and said I had to go through HP direct as I could not return it to them, I think they should have helped in doing so but declined. When I attempted to reach out to the GM to discuss the matter I was also declined and told there was nothing they could do, and that I would have to deal with HP direct. Even after I tried to explain that what they are stating in their adds is incorrect they still declined and so I am left with this and having to deal with it every three months. So please please please stay away from this model as you will truly regret it. Read the negative reviews, as I wish I would have.

Unfortunately, the app failed to set up the printer for wireless printing. Have been on hold for over 3 hrs to get technical support. It's obvious that HP doesn't care about helping their customers. If the app works for you, maybe the printer is good. I don't know since I can't get my printer set up. Since HP appears to no longer provide technical support for their products, I'll be switching to a different brand next time.

Bought this printer once and it stopped printing clearly, after a year I gave it another try, purchased again, and the same thing happened again. Even after the geek squad protection, I’ve gotten terrible customer service. Couldn’t even get them to come look at it without paying more money. DON’T BUY.

This printer is horrible, it often has errors, looses print jobs and takes for ever to print.
