Don't Purchase

Then you must use the HP app to install drivers and that takes forever now that its all installed I cant use printer because its off line and wont connect to my computer. this should not be this difficult. Never had issues installing printers in the past.

disconnects from WIFI after every use!

Poor service

Ordered printer and after 4 days they just cancelled order with out any explanation. I was counting on picking it up just the next day as my current one was broken and needed for my business. This the second time BB has done this. Purchased one on Amazon.

Scanning Poor

The software isn't very user friendly but the worst part it totally sucks scanning photos. If you have very old photos you want to scan good copies, don't buy this device

Awful printer and retailer

Still no working printer
