The Geek Squad was very helpful with any desk top computer issues I had after my purchase with Best Buy. I would highly recommend this service the team was always very helpful.

I took a old computer to The Geek Squad and have them check the system and put it all on a SD card and they removed the hard drive gave it back to me and kept the rest of the old computer it was awesome well worth the Geek Squad

My son is not the thoughtful at this time in his life. Very glad that we bought the replacement warranty. He broke the head set and we took it back to Bestbuy. No issues with the return. Very much worth the purchase

The geek squad is very knowledgeable and easy to work with.

IF, it's a dicy thing that could go belly up quickly or easy and it hurt to buy the thing. This could keep me crying like a little girl if something stops working. Thankfully this has never happened.

I just didn't want to get stuck with a problem after the manufacturer warrenty expired and the the modest cost to ease my mind is worth it. I can bring back to best buy Geek Squad and not have to deal with the manufacturer.

I always purchase the product replacement on expensive electronics. I don't always have to use it but when I have there has not been any issue. They are very easy to work with.

When spending a great deal of money on a product you know there is always a chance of something not working the same as you originally bought it. Something breaks off. Nice knowing they will replace the item and no waiting

I have had geek squad for years for my computer. Whenever I have had an issue with anything regarding my computer, I call the 800 number and a tech has always resolved the issue!

After several hair-pulling disaster purchases from other companies I now purchase solely from Best Buy and always get the added protection of the Geek Squad. They have been a lifesaver to my electronic life.

Haven't had to use the warranty yet, but as explained to me, it is a great warranty to have for products that can get damaged or break with use. They'll practically replace your product for any internal problems

I love bestbuy and I literally buy most of my products here as long they can't match the price because replacement is stress free if needed.
