Geek squad has already helped me through a couple of issues. Nothing wrong with equipment, just very confusing instructions. They helped me straighten the issues it in a few minutes. That already made it worth it.

It is always good to get a protection plan as you never know when you might need it and then you are covered

I purchased this for a 13"2 Dell Inspiron PC without a disc drive for loading SW or playing CDs and DVDs. I always purchase Geek Squad product replacement as my experience has been excellent in the past.

The price for the coverage was unbeatable. Thankfully I never had to make a claim but knowing that I was covered for an entire product replacement, I had peace of mind.

You have to credit geek squad for how they have evolved over the years and still maintain professionalism and integrity.

Hate having to buy protection plans, but they do protect you when your kids break stuff. Best Buy will replace with new, so you can let your kids use their stuff.
