Bestbuy Geek Squad refused to honor a REPLACEMENT PLAN I purchased with my printer less than 1 year ago (Aug 2020). I got the printer at a good sale price, therefore, instead of REPLACING it add they should have with the exact same printer or one of equivalent value/functionality, they only gave me a store merchandise card for what I paid for the printer! What good did the almost $10 REPLACEMENT PLAN do me? I'M A VERY DISSATISFIED EX-CUSTOMER WHO WILL NEVER SHOP BESTBUY AGAIN, even if I have to pay a little extra elsewhere!!! The manager of the Florence, SC, store (Christy?) was the absolute rudest manager we've ever tried to deal with, as well!!! DO NOT USE BESTBUY ... YOU WILL GET DONE WRONG IF YOU EVER HAVE TO RETURN ANYTHING, EVEN WITH A 4-YEAR REPLACEMENT PLAN!!!

You always need that extra protection in case something goes wrong

I purchased this plan for my new HP all in one. I felt this would be a good idea because of all the touchscreen parts and just in case there's problems faxing like my old system or constant paper jams.

I haven’t used the protection plan yet but I thought I’d invest just in case. It can’t hurt.
