It took alot of talking to different people but finally am getting my printer replaced. Thank goodness for extended warranties!!

Only had to use once for my Samsung washer and dryer (typical), but they were fast and efficient.

Great piece of mind to have insurance on my printer. Many moving parts in there that by chance could fail.
