    Anything I purchase over $100 I normally include geeks squad support and repair/replacement. Fair price and the geek squad are a quality team providing expert and fast service.

    Geek squad coverage is always a must!!! I never buy ANYTHING without a warranty but geek squad is next level coverage!

    I'm not sure how the replacement plan works, but I think that it works the way that I used it. I had bought the older version of this headset, the Logitech G230. I had a two year Geek Squad plan on it, and I went to go get it fixed/replaced at the Geek Squad center at my local BestBuy, they said they couldn't replace it, but since the wire was worn out my insurance on it could have it so I could be refunded. I got all the money on a BestBuy Store Credit card. I used the money to buy the newer version, the Logitech G430. I think I'm satisfied. :)

    Geek Squad protection at a reasonable price

    We have not yet used our Geek Squad product replacement protection on our new HP Inkjet Printer. We were happy to buy our new printer at Best Buy and receive this extra protection. We can bring in our printer to our local store if we need to do so.

    Yes, good protection and service overall. I know little about computers and printers, appliances but manage to keep mine alive with stuff like this and best buy. I wish they could make appts a bit speedier though. The agents they send are always 100% sharp and knowledgable. I like in a hard to reach place in the city. Apple products are hard to find a tech for.

    The product replacement is an absolute must have for all parents who buy gaming or electronic products! I've had to use it several times to replace headphones, gaming remotes, etc. I feel absolutely relieved that when something stops working that I can bring it back with no problems, and not pay full price for another one.

    About this for my printer, very reasonably priced and I haven't had to use it hopefully I don't but I've used geek squad before and they've always been very good

    In the past, Best Buy’s Geek Squad has helped me in many ways. They repaired a computer for me when I was ready to discard it because I believed it was not serviceable and they also helped me resolve my problems with an old printer. They are very smart and product knowledgeable.

    Would not purchase something without having an extended warranty. I have found electronics does not last long and expensive to repair/replace, so the warranty will save you money in the long run.

    I usually do the repairs myself if its a computer but like many printers some can be a bit temperamental an when it being used for a small business, its best not to have to worry about replacing it if something goes wrong, geek squad customer service will help making the replacement/repair process as painless as possible.
