I purchased a netgear Night Hawlk and it went bad. the routher was never right it was so bad, but Geek squad took care of it I got a new Linksys that I usually purchase but salesperson talked me into the Netgear found that my new Linksys was making my internet screem so fast

I was told square trade will need original receipts etc which may be hard if item was purchased a while ago. With geek squad I just walk into the store with my old item and they can pull up my records. Only caveat yes it’s a lot more costly than square trade!

Have not needed it yet but nice knowing we have it if needed in case there are issues with the keyboard all we need to do is call and our questions would be answered or we can always bring it in for service if needed.

I highly recommend purchasing the extended warranty through Best Buy. Especially on a printer! I’ve only had to use their warranty a couple of times in life, and both instances worked out quite well!

Geek squad is always available to help with knowledge and advise.

bought a new printer and got the two year replacement based on the sale price. It was no-brainer to spend the extra money. I usually don't bother to get the replacement product replacement since the price seems a bit high

I like the warrant. It makes me sure that my product can be fixed if it breaks.

Geek Squad protection is always a must for me. Unfortunately some products don't seem to last these days and I feel a sense of security with this protection just in case. Good value with good terms for qualification.

Although I have not had the need to use the Geek Squad services yet fir this product, I have utilized this option in the past which has saved me quite a bit of money instead of fully replacing an item.

Have used it multiple times. Easily used to get a new printer in no time. No hassle.

It’s always good to have some extra protection especially if you are paying over $600 for a small action camera. Just gives me peace of mind I can film and if anything happens I can get a replacement.

I have always had and used Geek Squad on all of my devices. I would highly recommend it to anyone. They have always corrected issues with my computer and printer. Most recently with my new printer.

Have only needed to use it once. It was quick and painless and they did everything to correct the problem successfully.

Printer is not even one month old so I would not know because I haven't had to use it

I have three boys and as tou can imagine they destroy everything even without meaning to. So this saves me from having to spend hundreds on broken merchandise when i can just walk in verify my purchase and boom i got a brand new one. You all need this to be added it will save you too.
