huge hassle to get product replaced from previous experience only purchased again because we bought new this time and not from bestbuy outlet. they did not honor their contract from best buy outlet and after months of escalating finally gave up and took the little money they offered

Better safe than sorry! Get extra protection whenever you can because accidents do happen! So when they do you have a backup plan to help you. Especially when the original warranty has expired.
