I usually never purchase the protection. I did this time and I'm glad that I did!

I don't feel that the Geek Squad protection is worth it. I was ignored for about 10 minutes standing in line. Then, when I asked my questions and told them my concerns with my laptop that was under warranty, the tech was dismissive and told me that they would have to send my laptop away for weeks to see if there was a problem. It is being used daily for my college classes, so that unfortunately was not an option that I could do. Haven't talked to them again. Not interested if I can't be treated with common courtesy and customer service.

I continue to rely on the Geek Squad for all my technology service, a no brainer.

Good idea to purchase for such a low price. Good warranty for the coverage.

Considering the rate at which inkjets die off, it would be silly to skip this insurance.

So easy to return and get replacements. Must have.
