Purchased coverage but not active despite proof

Don't Waste Your Money

Take my warning and do not buy this printer. You don't want to be "stuck" with a faulty piece of equipment.

Free Service?.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought a new printer and a two year product replacement warranty Printer is defective so I called for them to come here and fix or replace. Confirmation email states $49.99 charge I paid to extend the warranty but now I'm charged for service? The manufacturer would do so for free The printer was about that price on sale.
