I PAID FOR THE GEEK SQUAD PROTECTION AND NOW THEY EXPECT ME TO BRING THIS HEAVY PRINTER TO BE REPAIRED. I AM A SENIOR CITIZEN AND AM NOT CAPABLE OF TRANSPORTING, NOR PICKING UP THE REPLACEMENT. I PURCHASED THE PROTECTION PLAN AS A SAFEGUARD SHOULD SOMETHING GO WRONG WITH THE UNIT. EITHER BEST BUY REPLACES THE UNIT, OR ONE OF THE GEEK SQUAD NEED TO COME TO MY HOME AND REPAIR IT. IF NOT, MY COST FOR THE PAYMENT PLAN NEEDS TO BE REFUNDED IMMEDIATELY!!!

When purchasing any electronic item I always get insurance.

For the few dollars these plans cost, there's no reason not to use them as an addon. And Best Buy keeps track of them for you.
