Not Worth the Money
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Waist of money. The tech support is worthless when you actually need some help. I called them 3 times for issues and they were not able to help. I ended up spending the time to fix the problems myself.

Like I can take off work to drop off a printer! They said it was because of the pandemic. Why can't it just be dropped off??!! Very inconvenient. Don't waste your money.

worst printer in the world

They have me by the throat with the ink. The software is constantly getting in the way of the work. I hate it it is the worst garbage printer. If I lived in a 2 story house I would have thrown it out the window. DON'T buy HP printers.

I had protection on my printer but tried to troubleshoot it myself.... meanwhile I could have gotten a new printer... my protection lapses during Covid and they would not help me.

Of Zero Assistance
||Posted . Owned for 11 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The only thing that went well is that they showed up on time. We asked if they could make everything easier to use as we have several remotes and I get frustrated with them. They did not help us with our outdoor speakers or any remotes in the house. My husband ended up figuring it all out on his own. Keep your money.
