Got the geek squad warranty for controllers that I bought for my kids. Great coverage and great cost..

I’ve always bought extended warranties on everything I buy. I’ve never had any trouble with Best Buy in returning an item that broke they either replace it or give me a replacement at the cost that I spent for it or what it would cost to this day.

I have only had to use the warranty once but it was no hastle at all!

Awesome and convient for me and my entire family and household.

I've not had any repair experience yet but having an account did help in returning an item past it's normal return date and getting store credit for the item.

I purchased geek squad to cover a printer that I bought and it was the best money I've spent! I don't get geek squad for many things, but I always seem to have issues with printers, so I thought it would be a good idea. Had to use it the other day, super easy, in and out in five min. They even refunded me 100.00 in addition to replacing the printer because the price had dropped on it.

[Employee of bestbuy] Hopefully I'll never have to use my 4-year replacement plan, but it's nice to know that I have the option, especially on a printer. I've used this plan in the past on previous devices, and I've liked the experience in the past. Very easy to use, and Best Buy gets me set up.

Fortunately we purchased the 4 year product replacement for an HP printer. The printer quit working. Best Buy simply gave us store credit to replace the printer. No hassle at all. Turned out to be a valuable purchase.

The Geek Squad employees were friendly and very helpful in assisting me. They were very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. Great team!

This is one product that you hope you don't need to use, but it gives peace of mind to know it is available.

Great to have. They fixed my washer the first call then have to give me a new one after my second call. All no extra charge. Without insurance I’d be holding my J forking out hundreds for a new washer

Haven't used Geek Squad Protection yet with this printer, but have in the past. Always happy with their service.
