    I usually dont buy service plans but the price was so low it was worth the gamble. Especially since the printer failed after only a few years because a tiny plastic tab that held the ink cartridge broke and cost more to fix than to replace the printer.

    The product replacement plan covered the initial purchase price of my son’s broken headphones. I had to pay the price difference for the replacement headphones because the price increased. Keep in mind, once you use the 2-Year Geek Squad Product Replacement Plan, you have to purchase a new plan for the replacement item.

    Geek Squad onsite service was impressive

    The technician who assisted me with my printer issues was outstanding, and patient and worked hard to solve my network connection issues. He also consulted with Google Fiber tech support to ensure the settings were correct.

    Returned a printer because it was not a wifi. My mistake. The return was easy and was able to track with a confirmation that it safely made back to the store. My account was swiftly reimbursed.

    I'm a long time Best buy customer and I have been with their geek Squad program for a long time. It gives you peace of mind knowing your product would be replaced by geek Squad within a four year period.

    I generally shop at a specific Best Buy store and have found that each Store Manager establishes a Customer Service culture. I have never had any issues with getting what I was told was in the service plan at my preferred store. However, I didn't have the same experience at another store whose management and employee's customer service reluctantly or didn't want to honor the terms of the agreement or Best Buy's policies. When I called Best Buy's National Customer Service a representative advised me that Managers exercise their own discretion on defective items, returns, etc.

    This geek squad is a life saver, I recommend that every single person gets the warranty. Especially with high ticket items, Trust me it’s better to pay the $17-$400 for 4 years! Just gives you four years of cushion And protect your investment. I buy all my equipment with the warranty because You never know when you need it. I’ve actually had a few electronics That broke down. Thanks for this warranty I was able to get a replace.

    I have used this policy many times in the past with printers. My only complaint is that I had to buy a new policy after using it on a printer less than two weeks old.

    I bought the protection to go with a printer I purchased. The price wasn’t bad and I know if I have any problems with the printer I can returned it. I haven’t had the best of luck with printers so I’m happy to have protection just in case. I have used the protection one time before with a laptop I purchased that had a system failure. They weren’t able to repair it so I was able to use the purchase price towards a new one. Buy the protection it’s worth it.

    I have always purchased Bestbuy warranty plans with any and everything I purchase whether for my self or as a gift with no issues. Bestbuy really stands behind the products they sell when their warranty is purchased.

    Wonderful, experience - I always buy best buy products, because the customer service anywhere else is not very good at all. if they could just change their phone center, we can actually call the store and talk to the amazing employees locally that they have. That is my only issue.

    The Geek Squad protection plan has been pretty good but just recently the four-year-old grandson hit the TV with a stuffed animal messing up the screen and take classes nothing we can do about it you got to buy new TV I was like wow that's the first

    The airfryer has been a wonderful addition to our kitchen and we use it often to cook many of our different meals everyday and it is so easy and takes a lot less time and is a lot less cleanup with no grease. The taste of the food is good and does not have that greasy sticky feeling. With this protection purchased it brings peace of mind knowing that the air fryer is protected should anything go wrong definitely would recommend buying the added protection.

    Geek squad has always done well with their replacement products. I wish the cost was a little less for this, but sometimes with the expensive products its worth it. You can also check with the makers of the products as they do returns as well for free sometimes or just shipping if a product of theirs doesn’t work. I did this with a few products and sent them the Best Buy receipts. All depends on the company though.

    Difficulty keeping printer “FOUND”

    I like the printer - love having not to change ink cartridges and it prints fast and clear. BUT it does not stay connected wirelessly - every time I want to print I have to muck around for at least 30 minutes - usually much more! VERY frustrating!! And the HP app is SO intrusive - it activated the camera on my ipad, and used the cloud without me setting any of that up and I didn’t agree to it! It also needs my location to print - WHY???? Just let me print!!! NOT HAPPY with my purchase, because of software - the printer is good……when I can get it to print.
