MY TV WENT OUT THEY COULD NOT FIX IT SO THEY GAVE ME THE PURCHASE PRICE BACK IN A GIFT CARD SO I COULD GET ANOTHER BRAND NEW TV SWEET !!!

I strongly suggest the the 2 year replacement warranty on any new computer or tablet. It pays for itself if something should go wrong.

If I’m being honest I did not use it but it came in free with my computer and that is good Incase something happened.

I have used the Geek Squad services several times now at my new home and have been totally satisfied with everything especially the ability to purchase extended warranty coverage at a discount!

I have had to use the Geek Squad before for items I have had technical issues with and their service has always been fantastic and saved me lots of money in the long run.

After my last printer lost all wi fi connection after 9 months decided to purchase geek squad protection. Hope I never need but piece of mind protection is worth the money spent!

they bring good service, their staff is knowledge. However, I believe their service fee is a little high.

Very good investment if you want to save your nerves and just come into the local store and talk to a live, local person face to face and get the solution right there in that one visit.

With the way products can be wonky from the factory these days to the way consumers can be clumsy with their purchases, these store purchased warranties are absolutely worth every penny.

Printer stopped working. Was able to bring it in to store and had it swapped out within 20 minutes. Other than same model being out of stock I'm extremely pleased with the whole process

Well what can I say about them not really nothing because I haven’t gotten nothing fixed by them but I’ve been wanting to fix some thing but they wanted to charge me so I’d rather not I thought my insurance was there to cover my item not just for show

I've not had any issue with the keyboard I got protection on but if I do being able to exchange it is worth the extra 10 bucks, its great to have that peace of mind.

Purchased this to protect my external harddrive that I am using for gaming on my PS4. It was inexpensive and because I use the harddrive a lot, it made too much sense to protect it.

Always worth the money. It doesn't always get used, but it's a lot better than buying a new product.

This offers peace of mind for a small amount of money this will replace the problems if they do occur. We like the protection and security of this program. It is a good idea.
