When I have a problem I always get in in a reasonable amount of time. Often get an answer while I am there. Pleasant, polite employees.

I love this product because it gives me a sense of calm, knowing that if I need to get a replacement product, there will be minimal issues.

I haven't had to use the service. I don't usually get these types of warranties, but for this device, it seemed like a smart move.

Have not had to use them yet, but hopefully if I do they will take care of any issue that may arise.

I purchased this policy for protection! As cheap as it was from Best Buy, It was purchased along with my Canon printer! I feel it's better safe than sorry, for 2 years!

I have used this computer for 11 months, the system works perfectly. Will recommend this to anybody that wants an apple computer.

I always buy the Geek Squad Protection for larger purchases. It has saved me a lot of money, especially on kids gaming equipment, which sometimes get overused or mishandled.

It costs way less than my auto warranty. But the best part is, I never have to worry about my printer. At least for the two years or so that I'll have it. Worry free is the way to go .

If you are using your product heavily, in this case a printer, then i recommend the protection plan that is great value and assurance that you are safe with your products purchase...

Super easy to navigate and quick to get what you need done

I bought this protection for a 6 dollar wireless mouse. I figure if the mouse needs to be replaced, I can get a new one.
