They told me to bring my old printer for $50 off. It didn't even work, but they still gave me the rebate. Since the replacement is $50, it was essentially free.

When I purchased my I Pad I added the Geek Squad Product Replacement. I thought it was a good value and gives me a piece of mind knowing that I have it.

I almost always buy the geek squad protection. They are very helpful and I have had one thing quit right before the year was up and it was replaced. Nice protection.

I buy this on certain products. I have used it on a couple items that I have bought. They never give you a hard time they just replace the product that is defective.

When I spend a lot of money on something at Best Buy, I normally get the extended Geek Squad coverage for it. Of all the times I've bought it, I have used it before.

SIGNED UP FOR A MEMBERSHIP TO HELP ME WITH MY SCANNING ISSUE WITH MY NEW HP PRINTER. THE GUY DID EVERYTHING I HAD ALREADY DONE AND I TOLD HIM THAT I NEEDED TO SCAN FROM MY HP APP. AFTER SITTING THERE FOR AN HOUR HE SAID OH YOU WILL NEED TO CONTACT HP. HE LOADED A SCAN OPTION ON MY COMPUTER WHICH I HAD BEFORE IT WORKED ONE TIME AND NOW WHEN I TRIED TWO DAYS LATER THAT DOESN'T WORK EITHER. I FEEL RIPPED OFF AND MY ISSUE WAS NEVER FIXED. NOW I CAN'T SCAN AND HAVE TO CALL HP IN THE END. I'D REALLY LIKE MY MONEY BACK AS THIS WAS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.

Must have protection. Computer already getting repaired. No problems yet except it take a long time to get it back.

I would always recommend someone to get product replacement plans on their items. It usually is very fairly priced and you further protect the life of your product.
