It was great to get this protection plan in case you need it you won’t have to pay out of pocket to get it fixed.

I was reluctant to spent the money to use the geek squad, but I can tell you it was worth it. Not only they fixed everything, I get my lap top done for free

If anything was to go wrong with your item while you have the warranty plan they just take your item back and just give you a new one its as simple as that!

I have not had to use the warranty, but I know those who have. Its better to have it than not, but sometimes not worth it depending on the sale price.

I opted to buy the warranty just for the added protection, you never know when you may have a issue and need that extra warranty to cover you for a return.

It works great! Took me a while to set it up with the wireless connection, but once I did, it does it's job!

Not that it’s needed, but geek squad protection is definitely something that you would want and could possibly save you money in the long run.
