These guys are good they warranted my defective computer and got me an equivalent for the value difference.

I always get the protection plan anytime I buy any electronics you never know what is gonna happen. It's nice to have that piece of mind and Best Buy always gives you the money back that you invested into it for another product if they no longer make it

Geek Squad has assisted me in several situations. Laptop, Google Home, TV's, refrigerator, etc. Very happy. Intend to use Best Buy for any needs due to customer service and Geek Squad service.

I only purchase Canon printers because they never have given me any problems. Great for photo printing giving high quality products.I have not utilized Geek Squad for this item as yet.

I have purchased contract extensions in the past and have received one or two replacements because of the contract. One time I missed the deadline by less than one week. Being a good customer, I hoped the company would have helped me out with replacement via contract. It's up to the individual to buy a contract, if your printer will be idle for an extended period of time, I would say get the contract.

For all my bigger purchases I always put this protection on my purchases. As a former employee, i know the value behind these service plans. Best Buy will do the best they can to satisfy

I have not had to enlist the Geek Squad protection plan for this purchase, but they have been incredibly helpful in the past. It's worth the money for ease of mind, especially if you have a bad habit of keeping drinks around your workstation area...

I bought the SteelSeries arctic 7 headset for my brother for his birthday and after around 8 months the headset would no longer charge. It was effortless to get it swapped out for a new one using the geek squad product replacement plan.

This e reader is the best also it is efficient in battery life so i takes a long time to go to zero.

We purchased this for our other printer and just before it expired the printer had a problem. BestBuy gave us a store credit for what we paid! Great! We may or may not use this one, but if we need it this is money well spent, and very reasonable price.

Protect your investment. Over the years I have purchased thousands of dollars of items from Best Buy and the protection plans have saved me more than once. Best Buy has always been there for me & if your protected they will probably be there for you

I always get the extended warranties on all my electronic purchases. It is well worth it. The 2-Year Geek Squad Product Replacement was not only EXTREMELY reasonable, but they will replace the item for you with a brand new one...if anything happens!

Normally never do this but under 10 to cover the headset mine as well. Specially since I had 4 headsets in 7 years. The claim full replace no fixing for 2 years. So hopefully I wont need but the way its been going I likely will.

Normally I don't buy product insurance, but when it comes to a printer, it's well worth every penny.

There is nothing convenient and practical to have more protection for your devices by and I used it once and the entire process went smoothly. This is incredible warranty and service.
