I have not had to use my protection plan as of yet. I haven’t needed to with any product I’ve bought from Best Buy. I’ve heard great reviews about the replacement plan though.

I have got this plan for a few of my purchases and when something goes wrong with them I take it back to the store and they either reimburse me or exchange the item. It's a good plan.

Geek squad is an absolute must! I have no issues with repairs or replacements.

item is worth it. few dollars to get a 2 year replacement! if your item breaks no question ask and you can get an equivalent or they will give you gift card to the item you have

Purchasing a warranty along with a printer is definitely a good decision. I have learned, printers often have issues. Thankfully, redeeming the warranty for my printer was easy and quick. Without a doubt, worth the investment!

At less than $5 i couldn't pass on the extra coverage. After getting burned on my astros around the 1 year mark, I didn't want to be headphone-less once more. Being able to swap them out in store for a new pair is beyond convenient!

A must to have! Membership covers everything and they help all hours. Plus if you have not pickup an item for more that 1 to 3 months they will cover you as well as help you download the software on the internet.

I've had to use the best buy warranty replacement option a few times over the years. I highly recommend it based on ease of use. Just take broken item to customer service. easy as that!

took my computer in to get it looked at by the geek squad, customer service was excellent. I told the guy what my computer was doing and he knew instantly what the problem was. bought the part computer ready within an hour. Thanks Geek Squad

While printers I've purchased in the past have been great workhorses, every once in a while a machine will break down. Best Buy's Geek Squad policy is well worth the money. Buy some piece of mind. Go with the Geek Squad Replacement policy!

Best Buy absolutely stands behind the Geek Squad product protection plans .. great customer service when help is needed for repair or replacement .. they have the A-Game going on for sure.

I purchase my kids gaming consoles and accessories from Best Buy so I can get the Geek Squad insurance. It’s well worth it because when you use these gaming products often they don’t last.

The Geek Squad located in Vernon Hills is the best of the best . I mistakenly took my computer to another GS in Chicago and ran to Vernon Hills the next day with two issues instead of the one that was not fixed. Go Vernon Hills Geek Squad

always good to go the extra mile and protect yourself with a warrant. you never know when something is going to happen, but it just gives you piece of mind knowing you are covered.

My geek squad renewal is a must. They have saved me the cost of a brand new desk computer when the motherboard was fried from a lightening storm. It's worth the money.

It's good to know that you can replace your device if something bad happens to it. I usually pick up this protection to not have to rebuy a device that broken after a limited time of use.

Haven't had to use, but will if need be. Better safe then sorry.
