This isca great insurance to have especially when it comes to kitchen and office appliances

The knowledge of having someone is very important to me,

I usually purchase Geek squad coverage for items that are not inexpensive. Fortunately, I don't always need that coverage (haven't for this item) but I have on several occasions, which was helpful. And it gives me peace of mind for not much cost.

I absolutely believe in protection plans. I must have this option. It’s always better to have it and don’t need it than to need it and don’t have it. Just my opinion. It’s life life insurance. The Geek Squad is amazing. Very user friendly.

Anytime I make a big purchase or a purchase of an electronic, I always opt to get this service. For the past several years I have never had a problem with Geek Squad and they're very helpful. Would highly recommend for people to pay the extra charge to receive their protection for their purchases.

Protection plans are always a Bonus. I would never purchase a higher priced item without receiving a protection plan.

Havent had to use for this product, but have always purchased. Easy to use and money or replacement comes fast.

I wasn't going to get the plan but everything in my house is from Best Buy and everything that I've bought from Best Buy has a 2 year replacement plan on it. I had a problem with my Iphone earlier and learned the hard way. Say whattttttt. It was worth buying. Compare $40 to paying $300.00, you do the math !!!!!

The one time I had to use this, I'm happy to say my product was replaced right off—so it works as it says on the tin!

Geek Squad Product Replacement. I may have to use it on a product that I did purchase because the item doesn't seem to be working as well.

I had to wait two weeks to get an appointment, but the staff was knowledgeable and recommended a product to replace my laptop that could not be reoaired.

This is my 2nd one I buy, I loved it the first time and needed a 2nd one so I decided to get the one I knew was not gonna let me down …

Purchased this product when I bought my HP printer, just in case something went wrong. So far, no need to use because the printer has not failed. This was very inexpensive insurance because printers are notorious for failing just when you really need them.

Is very important to be covered, this plan is affordable and very easy to use

The technicians are so professional and courteous. They take the time to explain what needs to be done and when your computer is returned, they explain what was done. They take the time to see if you have any questions and they are so sincere.

This plan is very good but I kind of liked the protection plans that were available before, before the protection plans were for accidental damage and for when the hard drive are the system crashes and you can bring it in for repair, now the plans are separate and it cost twice as much.

This think I ever did for my family When there is a problem the Geek squad will walk you thru anything or appear at your door. They are Best Buy angels.
