The contractor came in and mounted my equipment and connected everything and made sure it all worked fine. He made sure we all knew how everything worked and was connected.

Replacement insurance helps a lot when you don't have the money to continue buying things again. Best Buy has usually honored my insurance claims. I have no complaints.

This printer works really well. Worth the crowd. I purchased the instant ink replacement package for $5 a month. My replacement was in the mail before I expected it. I have bragged about my printer to all my friends.

insurance is a no brainer. you never know what will be covered or not. dont try to break it just to find out. i hope i dont have to use this, but will if i can.

Best Buy has the best warranty! I have had to exchange our purchases in the past and it was the simplest process! I would definitely recommend always purchasing the warranty with any Best Buy purchase.

Choose to use the Geek Squad for extra protection in the event of potential need. I've never use in the past but for the amount of the purchase, it is worth it.

I ended up having to use the protection plan I purchased and it was actually easy to get the non-working printer turned in and get credit for a new purchase.

Love these Geek Squad product replacement plans, it takes all the stress and concern over possible issues coming up with my new ipad and keyboard. If I have a problem, I just call up Geek Squad, what's not to like?

I always take the product replacement insurance on the big purchases I make. Why would you not spend a few dollars to insure that if something happens to your big ticket item it ill be repaired or replaced.
