Warranty is for four years so we will await not needing to use this replacement warranty.

I get this for my peace of mind, even though my son and grandson, are my go-tos when it comes to electronic devices.

Happy I've HD ad extended warranty on hp all in one printers. This is my 4th replacement with the warranty. Paper jams alot.uses slot of ink for cleaning and maintenance.loses wifi signals lo s alot also

Im happy that I purchased this protection plan. I got a refurbished printer, so I was nervous about that, but knowing that its protected and supported made me feel comfortable buying this.

To date, I have had no problem with the monitor except that the tab over the CD cover came apart months ago, which gives me a problem when I try to download music. I should bring it back.

I have never had an issue with using the protection plan. I get it on all my electronics (smart watches, ear buds, etc...) when and if something goes wrong I bring it in and they change or fix the product for me.

Geek Squad is fantastic and has been available for everything I've needed in the last year or so. The subscription is definitely worth it in case you need a product replacement in a hurry.

When my last printer went bad I had bought the geek squad 2 year free fix or replacement and they checked out my faulty printer and gave me a new replacement. I also bought the 2 year protection with this new printer and would not do without their protection!

I've used there warranty before on a printer, and I can say it was worth it. Know that it isn't a scam. You want to ask yourself if you would rather pay 14 dollars , to cover something worth 100+. If you use it frequently, think about protecting yourself!

We can do a lot of “fixes” at home. Having Geek Squad is my back-up pain reliever when my knowledge or available “fix it” time is not enough to resolve an issue. Best deal for the cost!

Great value for the money. We live over an hour's drive from the nearest Best Buy so being able to get support online is a plus for us. The agents are knowledgeable and patient with our questions.
